More than 90% of brands are actively responding to third-party data deprecation. In other words, because of new privacy regulations, brands need an alternative for learning about their customers and targeting them across channels and devices.
Having a clear picture of who the customer is has become a necessity in order to provide customized experiences and personalized recommendations. But brands today are operating withing their own data silos, and with third-party data deprecation rolling in this problem will only get worse.
Across the board, consumers agree that a personalized experience is “expected”. Successful personalization is a mayor differentiator, and one of the main drives for engagement and retention across the board.
This project’s goal is to reimagine what the direct relationship between a brand and a consumer can look like, and to leverage the power of open composable data to do so.
